The new miRNA target-analysis service of Pharmahungary Group is able to analyze the targets of miRNAs from a network theoretical perspective and to predict the most probable mRNA targets of differentially expressed miRNAs. MiRNAtarget is a simple and powerful network theoretical approach to identify the most probable common targets of differentially expressed miRNAs relying on multiple miRNA-target interaction databases.
